About

Hi, I’m Iysha.

If you’re here maybe you have been finding yourself wondering about why you are feeling the way you are after becoming a mother. Or maybe you know you want some support but aren’t sure why. Or perhaps you know why you’re here.

I have always felt the drive to support people, especially when going through vulnerable times in life. I originally trained as a Speech Therapist, before following a different path which took me to the world of self-development.

During this time I entered therapy to support my mental health after the birth of my first child, it didn’t take long before I realised this was something I wanted to offer to other women. A space to figure out how to move through motherhood in our modern times.

Motherhood is one of the biggest transitions we will ever face as a woman, whether we find that journey rough or smooth we can find ourselves feeling different, unsure, lacking confidence, lonely and the list goes on. It is a transition that can shake us to our core, asking us to redefine who we are, what we desire, and how we wish to live.

I can support you through your fertility journey, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, termination, child loss, postpartum, depression, anxiety, generational trauma, and so much more.

My approach to counselling is one that I call holistic, I look at all aspects of your life, nothing is off the table, and feel the importance lies within your individual experience.
